1. Seoulphoria MNL is an online shop based in the Philippines, happily and wholeheartedly willing to help K-Pop fans, especially ARMYs, to be able to find their desired merchandise/s and bring them safely to their homes.
2.All of our items are authentic and from Korea, unless stated (fan kits, DIYs, etc.)
3. Our products are either Onhand, STBO (soon to be on hand), or Pre-Order.
4. Seoulphoria MNL offers Pahanap Service, Weverse Assist Service, KR Bank Transfer Service, KR Box Sharings, and we ship worldwide for paper merchs.
Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT/ORDERING:
1. Read before ordering.
2. No cancellation of orders or will be charged 300 pesos for orders 600 and below, and 50% of your total if it exceeds 600. Failure to pay will be reported and posted as a bogus buyer or joy reserver.
3. We require a 40-50% down payment in pre-orders in order to proceed depending on the total of your orders, or your item will not be secured. This will also serve as your reservation slot.
4.DOP is DOP. Failure to comply will be charged 100 pesos a day.
5. NO to joy reservers and bogus buyers. We have groups with other sellers that own k-pop stores, all joy reservers and bogus buyers will be posted on our official page and social media accounts and we will give warning to other sellers/ You will also lose your chance to order from us again, so be a responsible buyer.
6. Do not forget to send us your PROOF OF PAYMENT on our social media accounts. Failure to do this may lead to conflicts or your order may not be counted.
7. After filling out our order form, kindly reply to our invoice in order for us to know if you have received it or not.
8. If you are a minor, especially 13 and below, please make sure that you have the consent of your parents or your guardian before ordering. We will not be taking responsibility for your problems.
9. Please be a responsible buyer, and be sure before you order.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES (Nationwide and Worldwide)
1.We schedule our shipping dates depending on the number of orders to be shipped, so kindly be patient.
2.No rush shipping. If you wish to receive your item/s right away, kindly contact the shop so we may book a same-day delivery courier for your item/s to arrive as soon as possible.
3.For onhand items, ETA (estimated time of arrival) is 1-4 days after pick up. Areas outside Metro Manila ETA may reach up to 7 days.
4.For pre-order items, ETA's of our KR address will depend on the release of the items, and KR to the Ph may take 3-5 weeks.
Seoulphoria MNL ships thru Shopee Checkout, Gogoxpress, LBC, or same-day couriers (Mr. Speedy, Lalamove or Grab express)
5. Seoulphoria MNL will NOT be responsible for any damages the item/s may have under the care of the couriers. We will be sending images of the conditions of the item/s before packing and after packing. You may also tell us your requests for packing.

1. We require at least 50 pesos downpayment per item. If we fail to find the merch you want, we will wire the 50 pesos back to you.
